I'm Devarshi Shah, an Actuarial Analyst at Intact Financial Corporation, contributing to the implementation of IFRS17 standards for Intact Canada and RSA UK & I. My analytical prowess, honed through diverse experiences, fuels my commitment to precision in financial reporting. As the Co-Founder and Head of the Department at the Institute of Actuarial and Quantitative Studies, I played a key role in establishing a globally recognized program. In my 3-year tenure, I curated the curriculum, led faculty development, and mentored students in areas such as Financial Mathematics, Derivatives, and Risk Management, achieving remarkable revenue growth.
