A senior experienced sales, marketing, events & e-commerce expert with specific focus on FMCG account management, retail operations, luxury strategy, customer service & commercial analysis. I have a well-rounded career spanning 12 years in the liquor, food & global sports events industry having worked across the United States of America, Mexico, South Africa & Qatar with some of the world’s largest companies, brands & events: FIFA, Heineken, Johnnie Walker, Smirnoff, Walmart, Qatar Airways, Match Hospitality, Beyond Hospitality, Formula 1 & Ultra Music Festival. I have used and continue to use my skills & knowledge to act as an expert & lead teams in P&L commercial analysis, foundational marketing & sales strategies, relationship management, brand/product development, team building/growth, global demand & supply mechanics as well as web development. At the core of my experience is a solid sales/account management & operations base having successfully navigated through the commercial structure at Diageo & Heineken in South Africa from graduate program through to National Sales Manager for mainstream, premium & luxury portfolio’s. A move to Qatar allowed me to further use my experience in a similar field but within a different geo-landscape and with extremely sensitive nuances with global customer groups and eventually leading the total alcohol beverage program for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022. My latest career path is being involved with the FIFA Club World Cup 2025 taking place in the United States of America, whilst all the operational planning and project management is conducted from Mexico City. Responsible for leading the luxury hospitality stadium operations teams while managing multiple commercial catering contracts across the designated stadiums, assisting in the development and implementation of the catering strategy and mobilization of operations.
