The highlight is my most recent 5+ years of experience consulting for 2 major Canadian banks, allowing me to interpret various Financial Crimes regulations from North America, UK/Europe and Asia. My understanding of AML regulatory ecosystem is time and pressure tested. My cohesive leadership approach is a choice appreciated by my team. As I take special interest in coaching, mentoring and training, my past 3 years have been notably thrilling due to my extensive people management duties. Not only I have worked with some of the most talented and inspiring leaders and colleagues from around the world but also managed difficult client relations. I was blessed to be inculcated in work places where I learned the importance to do the right thing, keep the core company values in centre and pay attention to minute details.
