The story so far - As an instrument at the hands of a higher authority, this is how the story of the life unfolded- A budding leader since a young age In my young years, was remarked as one of the most enthusiastic personalities in the class. This enthusiasm, professionalism, leadership and vibrancy in personality manifested as getting unanimously appointed as Head of Student council (Head Boy)- Education, Exposure and ExperienceAt an age of 19, being selected as executive body for the world's largest student-run organisation, AIESEC. Leading a city chapter of 120+ young people to develop their leadership potential through providing exposure, international internships and volunteer opportunities. Responsible for heading the department of product marketing and corporate relationships. This opportunity provided a chance to learn, educate and develop core values & skills - Failure is a great teacherAt 22, took the mammoth task of building a peer-peer interaction tool for students, parents and teachers. To empower students by bringing transparency, trust and accountability in the education system around them. We were too soon for our time, resulted in failure. The value of a tool like that was highlighted in recent pandemic times- Building, Scaling and Strategy I preferred working with organisations either building for the future or scaling in the present. I have been fortunate to observe, learn and contribute to the organisations at every stage of growth. From Bootstrap, Series A-B-C, IPO, VC funded, Private Equity and Family ownership. I get to observe the changes in processes, operations and culture. It equipped me with a broad understanding of building, scaling and strategy of an organisation- All hands on deck A jack of all trades is master of none, though oftentimes better than master of one. As curiosity has been my driving factor. I had diverse work profiles and backgrounds. Have been working in the domain of Business Development, Sales, Product Marketing, Growth, Consulting, Product Development, Client Relations, Data Science, Strategy and System Design. My exposure has been in the fields of Education, Software as a service, Mobile Apps, Data Management and Operations, Mobility as a service and commodity Trading.
