With over 10 years of experience in supply chain management, I am Devaughn Ayers, a seasoned professional who thrives on delivering results and creating value. I leverage my expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, data analysis, and process improvement to optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs across multiple business units and markets. As a Supply Chain Process Manager at Sonepar USA, I lead and implement strategic initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and transportation partners, and measuring performance using KPIs and metrics. I am also a co-owner of Spectrum Hospitality Group, a dynamic company that owns and operates four diverse venues in Cedar Rapids and Iowa City, offering a range of entertainment options, from drag shows and comedy nights to live music and karaoke. I am passionate about providing exceptional hospitality and creating memorable experiences for our guests and patrons. Additionally, I am actively involved in the community, serving on the Board of Directors for CR Pride, a nonprofit organization that promotes LGBTQIA+ rights and inclusion.
