I am passionate about supporting sustainable food systems and creating positive impact. As an Accounts Payable Specialist at Organically Grown, a mission-driven company based in Oregon, I ensure timely and accurate processing of payments for produce and operational expenses, communicate with buyers and vendors to correct invoice discrepancies, and provide administrative support to the finance department. I have strong organization, communication, and team-building skills, as well as certification in food safety. I am proficient in using ProducePro software, a specialized ERP system for the produce industry, and I perform financial period close tasks and account reconciliation. I served on the Equity, Inclusion & Belonging Committee and currently the Safety Committee. I enjoy learning and always challenge myself to gain new skills and knowledge.
