With over 5 + years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, and manual testing in IT, Energy/Utilities and Insurance sectors, I am working as a Business Analyst at Brave Energy Systems, a leading provider of billing and onboarding solutions to electricity retailers, distributor’s and Metering providers. I hold an Agile certification and a Business Analysis crash course certification, which demonstrate my competence and commitment to delivering optimal business solutions using various tools and methodologies. In my current role, I work with major electricity retailers and metering providers, like Engie, Mondo, and Blue current (AMS), to gather and analyze requirements for new functionalities and product enhancements. I also perform testing and validation of the software applications and reports, ensuring quality and accuracy. Previously, I gained valuable knowledge and exposure to the property insurance industry and the Guide-wire claims center, working as a Business Claims Consultant at TSA Group and IAG.
