Have collaborated with senior and middle leadership, and garnered extensive leadership experience in Operations Management, executing and sustaining organization-wide initiatives that deliver a high business impact, with special focus on accuracy, efficiency, and scalability, right from the outset. With a key emphasis on the value of integrity, high professional standards, and a holistic vision, have initiated various new functions and run them successfully, while contributing to a significant increase in employee engagement and job satisfaction. As a member of the senior leadership team at SmartDrive, have been expanding global teams and the global reach of the organization through the Centre of Excellence in India, and have successfully acquired an ISO certification for the company. Have always ensured the highest customer centricity, running and sustaining the business effectively during critical periods, thereby minimizing customer impact.
