I have strong belief in mantra that "Cash is King and EBIT is Win"As The Commercial Controller, I take charge of Sales Controlling and Commercial Co-ordination of OEM accounts. I am successfully managing receivables of approximately 440 Mio Euro annually for all Mobility Business entities. alongside my current duties, I have taken on the responsibility of overseeing the COR Function within the Connectivity Business which generates an annual turnover of 16 Mio Euro, navigating through the nuances and complexities of the task with adeptness and dedication. Some of my responsibilities and accomplishments include:1. Strong Credit Control – Credit Policy Development, Creditworthiness Assessment and Credit management 2. Receivable management – Order to Cash 3. Extensive customer handling experience- like OEMs, Service Dealers (Domestic and Export) and Government Organizations.4. Look after COR Function within the Connectivity Business which generates an annual turnover of 16 Mio Euro Turnover (Cost Analysis, Margin Calculation, Expense Control, Pricing Strategy, Operational Efficiency, Performance Measurement, Budgeting and Forecasting and Risk Management)5.Responsible for Department Budgeting and Controlling Activities.(Business Plan, Current Forecast)6. Customer Deduction and Dispute Management 7. Implemented Channel Finance Facility for 136 service dealers, 83 of which were successfully onboarded.8. Developed New Policy pertaining to Receivable for Dealership Business to boost sales9.Efficient Commercial Claims Management – Sales Promotion, Warranty, LR, Contractual Obligations like Volume Discount, Ensuring 100 % No Claim Certificate from Vendor.
