Process Simulations, Process Engineering and technical support for onshore / offshore gas processing plants and Ammonia / Urea Process Complexes. Lead a team of Engineers for carrying out Process Design / Detailed Engineering / Safety Studies / Pre-Commissioning / Commissioning (Onshore and Off Shore) Gas processing Platforms. Lead a team of engineers for carrying out onshore pre-commissioning and offshore commissioning of MHN process platform. The platform comprises of Separation Systems, Crude Stabilization and Transport, Produced Water Conditioning, Process Gas Compression, Gas De-hydration and Gas Sweetening System, Living quarters and utilities to meet process requirements. Successfully completed platform performance run test. Lead a team of process engineers for providing technical support to ongoing Offshore and Onshore Gas processing proposals. The activities comprise of Feed verification, Process Simulations, Process Data sheets, Review of P & ID’s, Interaction with vendors, Interaction with other engineering disciplines. Process design and engineering of chemical process plants (domestic & international) as per client requirements. Commissioning, trouble shooting and optimisation (simulation) of more than 10 cement plants. Technical paper presentation at National and International seminars and Publications.
