As a Hospitality professional, I am a detail oriented, quality focussed, consistent, “take charge” attitude person, with leadership skills and an ability to align with the Organisation’s values. I have a proven record of executing projects on time, in depth knowledge and experience of operating hotels in competitive markets, service orientation and customer care, focus on Sales and Marketing, costs and Human Resources. During my career, I have had exposure to working with Consultants like McKinsey and Bain & CO to re-engineer work processes, sales functions and Organisation/HR structures. The result - a leaner Organisation, enhanced efficiency in work methods and creation of a culture which embraces change. As an affable person, with very good communication skills, I have built and sustained strong relationships with people across levels, senior leadership and owners. I have the ability to adapt to change, team building skills, mentoring and excellent guest relationships. I focus on waste control and cost controlling methods without compromising on quality. I have long years of experience in managing food and beverage operations in hotels and menu engineering.
