Project Planning & execution for entire PV cell line. Installation and commissioning. Start up, Ramp up and Final acceptance support. Involve in installation programs of solar module & Cell line throughout India. Hands on PV cell line and module line equipments. Like Wet chemistry tools, thermal tools, metallisation tools and other automations for PV cell line. And Tabber Stringger, Transfer, and Centering Unit & Laminator machine & Sun Simulator and other automations of PV module line. Site preparation of SMT line having screen printers, chip shooter, reflow oven, through hole machines, & wave soldering machines. Monitoring & trouble shooting of machines with root cause analysis. Helping customer for line layout for good production & process flow. Follow up/feedback with Principles regarding warranty claim, customer complaints. Responsible for follow up of availability of spare (sale & service) and indenting on time Provide technical expertise, applications proficiency and AFTER SALES SERVICE to the customer Organize & conduct training sessions for end users (customer’s engineers) to optimize product exposure to end-users, for normal operation & maintenance and ensure customer satisfaction Follow up corrective action for ground level implementation Study field quality report, installation (area wise) and service report and take corrective action as required. Suggestions given to customer for improving their line utilization with minimum down time. Maintaining good relation with the customer by giving them good service on time. INTERNATIONAL TRAINING Level 1 training operation & maintenance of LAMINATOR from MEIER solar solution GERMANY. GENESIS flex jet and lighting head operation and maintenance level 1 from CHINA. Momentum+ Screen printer level 1 training from SINGAPORE.
