I am a dedicated IT professional with a strong background in CloudOps, DevOps, and IT infrastructure support management. With hands-on experience in AWS services, Kubernetes, and automation using Terraform and shell scripting, I specialize in building and managing scalable, secure, and efficient systems. My expertise includes: Managing Kubernetes-based microservices, troubleshooting pod and resource issues, and renewing control plane certificates. Handling AWS infrastructure across Production, UAT, and Development environments, including VPCs, EC2, S3, RDS, Route53, and implementing best practices for cost optimization and security. Automating infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and deploying resources via CI/CD pipelines in Bitbucket. Configuring and managing enterprise solutions like LDAP, LDAPS, and Remote Browser Isolation (RBI) for secure network access. In my previous roles, I’ve also gained significant experience in Linux server administration and AIX systems, ensuring seamless operations and resolving complex system issues.
