I am Devendra Prasad Yadav, proactive professional with 8+ years of experience in Electrical Transmission Line. Over these years I have handled responsibilities at various capacities in array of functions viz. Electrical Operations & Maintenance, Testing & Commissioning, Calibration, Installation, Site Operations Management & Quality Compliance. In my present association with AIPL Hunan Allonward JV I am shouldering responsibilities as Manager-Project. As a part of academics I have completed Bachelor in Engineering (Electronics and Communications Engineering) from HMS Institute of Technology, Tumkur, Karnataka. Being a multifaceted professional apart from managing projects and site operations I ensure completion of work within defined time, cost and quality parameters. I am proficient in handling multiple activities involving working out various requirements with respect to machines and manpower. My abilities to review the operational practices & identifying the areas of obstruction/ quality failures, and working on them for qualitative improvement, sets me apart from others. I am known for my ability to work individually and as a part of team. Optimistic, honest and hard working, defines me as a professional. Work culture and career progression motivates me to perform better. I look forward to take up roles with greater responsibilities and creating landmark.
