I have two certifications from Aspiring Minds: AMCAT Certified Business Consultant and AMCAT Certified Business Analyst, which demonstrate my proficiency and knowledge in business analysis and consulting. As a staff engineer, I am responsible for validating the end-to-end client journey and ensuring the quality and performance of the software products and services. I use my skills in Azure DevOps Services, Agile Methodologies, Jira, and software testing to create and execute smart test solutions that meet the client's needs and expectations. I have worked with clients and managed projects across multiple geographic locations and domains, such as CMS, SAP-Utilities, Web, and telecommunication, leveraging my domain expertise and experience. I enjoy working in a team as well as independently, and I have a sound intellectual ability and strong analytical skills to solve complex problems and provide creative solutions.
