About Devi Ariska

I am graduate of Padjadjaran University's Bachelor of Food Technology. And, currently I have just completed my Master's of Food Technology studies at Gadjah Mada University, passionate in the field of Food Technology and Nutrition, Food Microbiology and Food Safety I have just completed a Masters Degree research project in the field of Food Microbiology spesifically in the development of multistrain probiotics Lactiplantibacillus plantarum Dad-13, Lactiplantibacillus plantarum FNCC-0250 and Lacticaseibacillus paracasei GMRMP-001 from local fermented foods and their potential inhibition of Escherichia coli FNCC-0091 carried out in vitro and in vivo. This research was conducted at the Center for Food and Nutrition Studies, Gadjah Mada University and funded by PT. Royal Medicalink Pharmalab, Jakarta. This research was sucessfull publish into scientific journal Q3 Trends in Science (Indexed Scopus), Walailak University Thailand, as the first author As someone who loves the world of education and research, I dedicated myself and started my career in education as an Assist. Lecturer at Padjadjaran University. With that, my desire to continue learning and getting an education never stopped.
