With over twenty years of experience in the development sector, I have worked across diverse roles, including program coordination, executive assistance, and administrative support. This journey has given me a comprehensive understanding of organizational operations within the philanthropic and development space. My expertise in CSR initiatives, particularly in operations, fundraising, proposal development, and budgeting, has played a key role in driving impactful programs. In recent years, as a Lead-Projects and Monitoring & Evaluation professional in biodiversity and environmental conservation, I have worked closely with communities on initiatives focused on agroforestry, biodiversity conservation, and FPO development. Managing and mentoring a team of around twenty field staff, I have facilitated the smooth implementation of projects while ensuring measurable outcomes. Passionate about sustainability and human-centric development, I am committed to delivering results with integrity and fostering positive change.
