I am an experienced Structural Engineer with 23+ years of demonstrated history of working in the civil engineering industry for all kinds of Real estate - Commercial, Residential, Data Center, Infrastructure and sustainable energy projects. Strategic Planning and leadership in adoption of new technologies to save cost and time for the project, is one of my core strength. Successful implementation of Precast- 2D and 3D, 5D BIM, RCB in residential projects Adept in leading projects right from design to delivery encompassing planning, monitoring, controlling phases of project.
