I'am is Quality Assurance Analysis, started my career as to be Customer Success Specialist, I have successfully resolved more than 100 customer problems per day according to company SOPs, multitasking in handling work from customer inquiries at chat, call, email as evidenced by occupying the first position as customer success care with the best service that managed to get a rating of 91% we call it with TSAT from customers throughout Indonesia, was successful provide a service level that meet the minimum company service level achievement. With adequate performance about Customer Success Specialist, this is bring me to get promotion as to be Quality Assurance Analysis, in this position i have to successfully doing monitoring performance by doing QA Audit, CSAT Analysis to reduce DSAT submittion, Side by side with agent and conduct refresher for Customer Success Specialist to growing their performance, Calibration to reduce the gap, and do the compliance for agent. Besides that i have Successfull keeping KPI's from Customer Success Specialist meet expectation from clients, able to collaboration with operations for low performance Customer Success Specialist thats showing if i have good communication with stake holders to growing together.
