About Devi Raghunauth

A people-centered, astute health care professional, with a distinguished and progressive career, serving in diverse roles both globally and locally, spanning from frontline delivery of high quality health care services to policy making. Using quality improvement sciences, I have led cross-functional teams to pilot cutting edge technology and other process improvement initiatives to create efficiencies in the system and improve residents experience. I am recognized by colleagues for my significant contributions to community development, population health management and my ability to foster and leverage sustainable relationships with partners. Driven by results, I relentlessly pursue organizational and project/program goals. My passion for building healthy communities continues beyond the scope of healthcare I am an active member of the Board of Directors for a not- for-profit organization, whose focus is on the re-integration of men, who had conflicts with the law, safely back into the community. Additionally, I collaborated with another organization to motivate International Medical Graduate on alternative career pathway.
