I began my career in procurement through negotiation, tendering, and contract support, where I worked closely with suppliers, prepared comparison sheets, analyzed pricing using historical data from SAP S/4HANA, and managed RFQ processes through Ariba. This foundation strengthened my analytical skills, documentation discipline, and ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders. I later transitioned into procurement operations, where I now manage shipment coordination for chemical materials in one mill and oversee multi-mill shipment processes for salt, which requires more complex and time-sensitive monitoring. I track delivery progress through direct communication with vendors, logistics teams, liners, and shipment platforms to ensure accuracy and reliability. I use SAP S/4HANA mainly for creating purchase orders, checking PR details, validating vendor/material data, and reviewing historical purchase records to support RFQ preparation. My day-to-day work focuses on maintaining accurate documentation, resolving delivery issues, and keeping communication organized across suppliers, logistics, QA, warehouse, and production. I’m growing toward roles in procurement operations or supply chain coordination where structured execution, cross-functional teamwork, and reliable supply flow make a measurable impact.
