I am a highly motivated agricultural researcher and agronomist with international experience in agricultural research and project management. I design and manage large experimental projects in crop development and introduction of new practices. I excel in analysing and identifying plant healthcare issues, helping businesses to develop techniques to increase crop quality and yield. I lead and manage agronomy team in coordination with the leadership in order to meet business objectives. Sound knowledge and hands-on experience in plant physiology, agricultural entomology, plant nutrition and application of molecular biology techniques.
