People management is among my strongest skills. Listening, communicating on a personal level, building rapport and the relation, asking questions, facilitating, and providing support describe my style in working with people. “Tell me why and the how will follow” is one of my favorite expressions. I am good at winning trust and building teams. Seeing people rise above themselves and delivering results that make a difference gives me energy and makes me feel proud. Having built my knowledge and experience in direct sales in roles of increasing responsibility I am ready to take on the next challenge in my career now that Tupperware made the decision to end all operations in the Netherlands as of March 2021. Business management and driving sales growth by leading a salesforce with confidence to deliver tangible results is what I love to do. I am interested in a management position within an organization that revolves around direct sales where I can build on and deploy my knowledge and experience in the direct sales industry.
