I’ve partnered with global clients in retail, manufacturing, and supply chain—taking on complex transitions, improving user experiences, and making sure projects deliver real results. Whether it’s managing vendor relationships, upskilling teams, or acting as a go-between for business and IT, I thrive in roles where I can help teams succeed and drive positive change. I’m skilled in Microsoft technologies, Tableau, Power Platform, ServiceNow, and Azure. I've led project-based teams, keeping a close eye on KPIs and SLAs to ensure ongoing delivery excellence and process improvement.
