About Devika Thorat

Devika has over 16 years of experience of which 13 years have been in strategic and operational roles in HR spread across Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Business Partnering and HR Ops. She developed interest and gained expertise in HR analytics and Design Thinking and has implemented several projects in her previous roles. She has been involved in extensive planning and development pertaining to workforce culture, behaviors & competencies, leadership development, to support the execution of business strategy. Devika has worked on devising programs and methods to promote employee productivity while keeping employees focused on organizational goals and therefore support overall organizational success. In her prior roles she has provided strategic focus to guide training and development initiatives to give leaders tools to help implement their strategic initiatives. Prior to joining PwC, Devika was an independent consultant, acting as a trusted partner for organizations across industries and business verticals, co-creating innovative customized leadership development solutions that helped leaders achieve transformational change. Her roles in full time employment included heading HR for IDeaS, India (a SAS company) where she also served as a member of the global strategy team, and a short stint at Searce (a Google partner) as Senior Manager – People Success. She holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Management and is an Aon Hewitt Certified Performance Management Expert and HR Business Partner Professional. Currently at PwC as Senior Manager with the Leadership Coaching Center of Excellence, Devika partners with leaders to support them to maximize their potential.
