About Devikha Pandoy

I manage a team of highly specialized people both locally and globally to deliver products and solutions that enable business efficiencies and promote a digitalised organisation. I am a certified scrum master and certified product owner. My work experience has varied over the years from being in business administration, a Human Capital Consultant, Product Success Manager, Product Manager and now Practice Head: Project Delivery Office and Delivery Manager. I am the most organised person I know and it's possibly also my weakness! My ability to get to detail and grasp unique concepts is something I pride myself on. I have a thirst for learning and finding new ways to do things. My curiosity for the world of Technology is what I attribute to being successful in my current role. Previously an experienced Product Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the software and medical industry. Skilled in Business Process Improvement, and Software Project Management. A passionate Product Management professional and I graduated with a PMBOK certificate from Unisa, Prince 2 qualification (Foundation & Practitioner) from Kaizania & BBA Marketing Degree from IMM GSM.
