I’m currently serving as Chief Operations Officer at Polara Health, bringing over 15 years of healthcare leadership experience across inpatient, outpatient, behavioral health, home health, hospice, and private practice. Colleagues would describe me as calm under pressure, team-driven, and relentlessly solution-focused—traits that have allowed me to lead high-stakes programs, rebuild team cultures, and drive performance in high-expectation care environments. Throughout my career, I’ve led large multi-site operations, worked through intense regulatory shifts, and scaled clinical programs under tough conditions. I’ve helped improve census by reducing contract labor use and have led successful JCAHO and state surveys across multiple organizations. I care deeply about the systems I lead and the people inside them. Whether I’m working with front-line staff, board members, or patients’ families, I show up with intention and clarity.
