About Devin Borowski

I first took an interest in real estate many years ago when I was in fifth grade and wanted to be an architect after discovering the work of Frank Lloyd Wright and being in awe of what I saw. A few years later, those desires to be an architect dwindled, but my passion for real estate grew. When I was not attending sports practices or working on schoolwork, I found myself on YouTube watching property tours of manufacturing plants and luxury single-family homes. Even though I spent my free time watching real estate-related videos, I chose to attend the University of Minnesota Twin Cities where I studied entrepreneurial management. As someone whose mind is always on “go mode” with countless ideas, I wanted to take these ideas and be an inventor of sorts. After a while, I re-evaluated what I wanted in life and realized I wanted to pursue real estate, and what better choice than to transfer to my home state school, which conveniently also has the best undergraduate program for real estate? I strongly believe that education cannot prepare you for everything, but having a top education from the best undergraduate real estate program in the country sure does not hurt. After spending the 2023 summer in Las Vegas, Nevada, where I worked beneath a top investment sales multifamily broker, I was given confirmation that this is what I wanted to do. My passion for real estate grows stronger every day. I desire to make a positive impact on those I am privileged enough to work with and on my clientele. Over the years, I have diversified my work experience in an effort to better equip myself to face any challenges I may face. My work ethic and ability to adapt to new circumstances allow me to separate myself from others. While I am fairly intelligent, I will be the first to admit that there are others smarter than me, but one thing that I would be willing to put up against anyone else is my work ethic. I will put in whatever time is necessary to become proficient in whatever skill is asked of me. I have a deep desire to prove my worth and become a force in this industry.
