About Devin Brindle

In my current assignment with THE AURIC GROUP, Inc, as with my previous role as Secretary of the CU Boulder Global Student Initiative (GSI), I have learned the importance of a strong work ethic and developed essential time management skills. I am comfortable working independently or in a team setting, as both are important to getting things done. Early in my college career, I learned that time management would be critical for me to complete the double major in four years. I am proud that I was able to accomplish this while still participating in extra-curricular and student volunteering opportunities. As part of the leadership team at GSI, I gained valuable experience in helping manage the club’s affairs, event procurement, and working with the broader leadership team to ensure successful event execution. Among other things, this experience taught me the importance of working under tight budgets, and how to work with vendors to help control costs. I have leveraged this experience with CSB Asia Limited to help the company’s founders establish the company website and content, as well as the company email network. While this requires being part of a team, it also requires me to work independently, creatively, under a tight budget and within tight time constraints. I am an American citizen and have lived overseas in in China and Hong Kong. I have developed a deep understanding and appreciation for the rich cultural diversity across the region, as well as achieving a strong level of spoken fluency in Mandarin. I have also learned the importance of positively embracing change, and the power that this can bring to transforming organizations.
