About Devin Capen

I have worked in customer service for several years now. I have a passion for helping people, while working hard. My first customer service position was as a food service worker at a hospital, there I learned how important customer service is and why I want to do it as a career. After leaving the hospital I decided to pursue getting a certification as a Nursing Assistant. As a Nursing Assistant I loved building professional relationships with the residents I worked with. It was a very wholesome environment in which I was able to further understand how much I loved customer service. Eventually a opportunity to work as a bank teller presented itself and I decided to pursue it because I had always wanted to work In a financial institution. At the bank I realized I am very interested in pursuing a further career in banking. I am able to dress professionally, help people financially and work with regular customers on a daily basis. The bank is where I was able to find my Niche.
