About Devin Cortez

I am grateful for all the opportunities I have had in the past and the one I have currently. I am a firm believer in value-driven work and still am in the process of finding what I love to do. I believe that if you truly love what you are doing, you won’t get held up by any obstacles, and will do the best work you can at all times. I am not a shovel or a chess piece, I’m a human. I am always looking to build on my electrical engineering experience, and continue to pursue the things I find interesting more and more. As of right now, I think one of my goals will be to work for power generation companies as an electrical designer for hydroelectric dams, solar panels systems, or wind mill systems (renewable energy). That is one of my main goals of my career. The other path I’m interested in going is to be designing and maybe testing of electrical systems in the Automative industry. If neither of those work out, I hope to get more involved in electronics design, PCB layout, manufacturing, test and software programming and testing.(: 3)
