Throughout my three years of work experience at the Y in Central Maryland, I have succeeded in the roles of Sports Instructor, Membership Services Associate, and Camp Counselor. In all of these roles I have been directly communicating with customers and assuring the highest level of customer service. Within my roles of Sports Instructor and Camp Counselor, I frequently attended to sports/play related injuries and determined what further actions were necessary. Outside of work, I am a senior team leader for Horizon Foundations volunteering events, meaning I coordinate large groups of volunteers whenever there are Horizon/Grassroots events. Also as a part of my volunteer work with the Horizon Foundation, I was a member of the Elkridge Council, which was a regular meeting of prominent members of the Elkridge community meet to discuss solutions for problems in our communities.
