As an Incident Manager with a strong background in technical support, engineering, and security, I thrive in high-pressure environments where problem-solving, collaboration, and system resilience are essential. My experience spans incident management, web systems engineering, and technical support leadership, allowing me to bridge the gap between technical teams and business needs while ensuring seamless operations and adherence to SLAs. I’ve worked closely with development, operations, and security teams to drive incident response, change management, and root cause analysis efforts. By leading Incident Retrospectives, Change Approval Boards, and security scanning initiatives, I help teams implement proactive measures that enhance reliability, security, and customer satisfaction. My hands-on expertise in build processes, deployment management, and infrastructure optimization has further strengthened my ability to improve workflows and mitigate risk. Beyond my professional role, I am passionate about cybersecurity, automation, and system resilience. In my spare time, I actively expand my technical knowledge through a custom-built server running ESXi 6.7 as part of my homelab. I manage multiple Linux-based virtual machines and Docker containers, hosting projects such as Minecraft servers, a NAS storage host, a self-hosted website, and Discord bots—one of which was built using ChatGPT and is currently being containerized. With a foundation in network administration and security, I am always seeking ways to apply new technologies, strengthen security best practices, and optimize system performance.
