Resolving work related problems. Conducting performance reviews. Coordinating with teams in different countries ( USA, Canada, Mexico ) to provide updates to the customers. Bidding with customers via online portals or emails. Coordinating with custom brokers for clearance of shipments. Dispatching of trucks. Coordinating clients via emails and updating & sending reports via clients portals and also using Excel as the main tool for communication in order to provide update on hourly basis and maintaining online excel reports on which customer can directly access the sheets to get updates. Exporting data from the portals or tracking software like ( Fleet ) to Excel sheets for maintaining all the records of the shipments.
