With comprehensive knowledge of restaurant operations management practices, my colleagues rely on me to guide change and improvement. This work is founded on steady progression in the restaurant industry, culminating in my recent accomplishments as a General Manager and Operating Partner. I’m accountable for staffing, scheduling, product development and testing, profit generation, and building partnerships within our community, among other diverse activities. Since 2017, I doubled the sales at one of our stores and trained multiple staff members into management roles. I apply a compassionate, hands-on approach to leading others, empowering each person to reach their highest potential and progress in their careers. My years of accomplishment in food service management have given me a strong understanding of business. I understand what it takes to oversee the launch of new products, maximize employee performance, increase sales for struggling locations, and ensure team members feel valued. Throughout my career progression, I’ve earned commendation as a trustworthy problem solver dedicated to conceptualizing creative strategies and plans. In recent years I’ve-Boosted profit for an underperforming restaurant to almost in weekly sales-Maintained 99%- 100% average scores for health inspections over nearly a decade-Partnered closely with area managers to drive improvements to operational efficiency.
