I am an experienced leader who's been building machine learning-powered solutions for 12+ years. I have solid experience with ML & AI development across a wide range of applications (spanning natural language processing, speech recognition/generation, computer vision, and LLMs) and deployment methods (cloud, on-premises, embedded, mobile). As a manager of humans, I am the most proud of the culture and productivity of the teams I have been fortunate enough to lead. From small development squads to larger, layered organizations, I have spearheaded my organizations' efforts planning and executing individual sprints, as well as larger releases and quarterly/yearly roadmaps. I thrive in an environment with cross-functional teams, and I have a knack for bringing together ML engineers, data scientists, backend engineers, data annotation experts, quality engineers, and product & release managers to achieve meaningful outcomes for customers and key stakeholders at any organization.
