About Devin Harrison
I’m fascinated by the ways cells make frugal decisions on how to spend their energy to support certain cell functions, especially motility. I developed a single- and sub-cellular assay to measure energetic metabolism in heterogenous populations and used this platform to study how human endothelial cells upregulate energy production and consumption in order to migrate and contract. Finally, I extend this technology to T cells in order to better understand T-cell activation and engineered T-cell metabolism.
