I’m Devin Johnson, a goal-focused, highly motivated logistics professional with a diverse background in logistical planning, transportation management, warehousing, distribution, and cargo processing. I have supervisory and management experience, having directed the work of up to seven employees. I'm currently transitioning into the IT & Networking field, concentrating on a skillset in Cybersecurity. My track record includes improvements in efficiency, accuracy, customer satisfaction, and accountability. I continuously apply an analytical approach to monitoring organizational performance, identifying ways to increase effectiveness by controlling inventory, resolving issues, and applying technology. For instance, I developed tracking devices to track and monitor transportation routes and data. My background has primarily been in the military setting and heavily customer-focused. I have received numerous Air Force awards for exceptional job performance and professionalism and I am quite skilled at building beneficial customer relationships. Finally, I am an experienced leader with expertise in coordinating logistics activities in a highly time-sensitive, fast-paced environment. I thrive on new challenges, and am eager to expand my experience while applying my communication, problem-solving, collaboration, and leadership expertise.
