About Devin Jokerst

I strive for environmental excellence. I have experience conducting wetland delineations, floristic surveys, and CRAM throughout California, including the associated technical reports (i.e, ARDRs) and CEQA documents. I have managed and permitted projects pursuant to the CWA, ESA, Section 1600 of the Fish and Game Code, California Coastal Act, and for the Bay Conservation Development Commission. While field work is my passion, I have prioritized taking care of my baby girl. As a result, I shifted from Parks, which entailed sudden, urgent field work, back to the State Water Resources Control Board. I still conduct field work, but its planned in advance.
