About Devin Jones

I'm a professional engineer and project delivery specialist with a bachelors degree in engineering, a background in field engineering on the contractor side, and project delivery on the owners side. Working in heavy civil and industrial-complex projects since 2010. I've led dozens of projects across Canada and the US, in many industries and lifecycle stages. I specialize in transportation infrastructure and oversee the delivery of transportation projects in the Lower Mainland and throughout BC. As the Owners Engineer lead and deputy Services Manager, I've led large multidisciplinary teams, managed design of complex infrastructure, written and overseen construction contracts and procurement documents, facilitated cost and risk workshops, performed constructability assessments, and overseen construction cost estimates exceeding $700M in value. I've led technical and non-technical project delivery activities on projects up to $1.5B+ in value. As part of constructability assessments and independent advisor roles, I've unlocked enormous value for our clients by filtering the owners requirements and criteria through the lens of a contractor to assess site specific access, challenges and opportunities to unlock value, influence and improve designs, and save money for our clients.
