Devin Kaulback is the General Manager at Subaru of Niagara, where he leads one of Canada’s premier Subaru dealerships with over 16 years of experience in the automotive industry. Devin played a pivotal role in opening the dealership in 2012 as a new open-point in Niagara, and has since continued to drive its growth and success. Devin is a recent Graduate of the NADA (National Automobile Dealers Association) Academy in dealership operations in Tysons Corner, Virginia—enhancing his expertise in managing a successful and profitable business. Elected by his peers as Vice President of Class N443, Devin graduated from the Dealer Academy in November, joining an elite group of only 0.2% of industry professionals to earn this distinction. Devin’s mission is to create the best and most honest dealership experience for both customers and employees, grounded in trust, transparency, and industry-leading customer service. He has built a strong reputation for customer loyalty and satisfaction, achieving consecutive wins for #1 Customer Satisfaction in Canada in 2020 and 2021, as well as consistently being rated #1 in Ontario for 11 of the 12 years since opening. Devin oversees all aspects of dealership operations, including financial performance, marketing, and digital strategy, while maintaining a sharp focus on employee and customer satisfaction. Passionate about growing the Subaru brand and network in Ontario and beyond, Devin is proud to work alongside the best team in the industry. As a lifelong learner, he aspires to join the Regional and National Subaru Dealer Advisory Boards, fostering impactful communication and collaboration with fellow dealers and Subaru Canada at the national level.
