About Devin Kelly

I bring a diverse range of experiences from the nonprofit and corporate sectors, with a strong focus on project management, research, and storytelling. As a former board member on the Greater Worcester Community Foundation Youth Grant Review Committee, I gained valuable experience in grant evaluation while sharpening my grant writing skills. Additionally, co-founding Understanding Youth Philanthropy allowed me to lead initiatives like the Worcester Teen Leadership Conference, where I developed expertise in event organization, project management, and content creation. During my time as a research intern with the Worcester Housing Authority (WHA), I completed a two-month project that involved analyzing historical data, creating visual timelines, and documenting the WHA’s development from 1949 to 2021. My internship with Global Medical Response (GMR) in 2022 provided hands-on experience in Gen Z and DEI recruiting strategies, IT onboarding, and healthcare benefits analysis as part of a capstone project. In Summer 2023, I interned on the Corporate Affairs team at Pretium, where I produced in-depth backgrounders on members of Congress and third-party organizations, authored an 8-page memo on the Single-Family Rental market, and managed content reviews for Pretium's website relaunch. These experiences—ranging from producing and scriptwriting a short film to conducting corporate research—have fueled my passion for crafting meaningful narratives that resonate with organizational goals and stakeholder needs.
