About Devin Lavengood

I bring almost 30 years banking and financial experience to my customers. I have held many positions in various departments of banking allowing me to bring a different perspective to the relationships I create and foster. I have managed many teams and believe in building teams that support and help each other to be their best. I played sports throughout high school and college and know that success is not dependent on one person, it takes the support of many. My current position allows me to work with many businesses in various different industries. My specialties include owner occupied and non-owner occupied commercial real estate, all sorts of commercial and industrial lending, agricultural lending and cannabis lending. Other specialties include SBA lending and USDA/FSA lending. Previous experience includes working as the Collections Officer, residential lender, consumer lender, full service office manager, commercial and consumer loan documentation. Schooling includes BA from Alma College, Perry School of Banking (awarded best asset/liability project and outstanding student award), University of Wisconsin Graduate School of Banking, Kansas and Nebraska Schools of Banking for Agriculture and Advanced Agriculture. Past President and member of Grand Ledge Rotary along with past member of the Grand Ledge Education Foundation, member of the Grand Ledge Chamber of Commerce and various charitable organizations.
