As a seasoned Data Analytics and AI Consultant and Business Analytics Instructor, I have dedicated my career to leveraging data to drive growth, innovation, and positive change. My passion for data stems from its ability to unlock new insights and create order in a chaotic world. With an educational background focused on analytics, process, and automation, I am well-equipped to tackle complex challenges and deliver impactful solutions. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working on significant projects that have made a real difference. For example, I supported a provincial government during the COVID-19 pandemic by developing an efficient PPE tracking system. Additionally, I redesigned the candidate management process for PwC, creating efficiencies and ensuring accurate data. These experiences have reinforced my belief in the power of data to drive positive change. I am deeply committed to using data to address global challenges, from climate change to healthcare and education. I envision a future where society collaborates to create a sustainable world, and data plays a crucial role in showing us the path forward. My core values—helping people, progress, and giving my best every time—guide my professional and personal life. I strive to be more than just adequate; I aim to exceed expectations and make a meaningful impact. As an instructor and mentor, I approach teaching as a two-way street. I believe that the effort you put in determines what you get out of it. Sometimes, people need a little push to discover something new about themselves, and I am here to provide that encouragement. My goal is to create opportunities for students to challenge themselves, grow, and develop the skills they need to succeed. Looking ahead, I aspire to grow as an instructor and create more opportunities for students to thrive. I aim to make a larger impact by using my people management and leadership skills to drive change within the organizations I work with. Outside of work, I am passionate about volunteerism, being the planning friend, and creating opportunities for easy connection. I also enjoy DIY projects that allow me to learn and create.
