I have a 3-year diploma in Business Administration – Human Resources from Confederation College. After Graduation I obtained the CHRP Designation. In 2018 I completed my Bachelor of Administration from Lakehead University. I have worked in various areas of personnel administration most recently as Human Resources Manager for Kenora-Rainy River Districts Child and Family Services. Before that I held the position of Human Resources Generalist for Atikokan General Hospital. I have been in the Canadian Forces as a Vehicle Technician since 2005, four years in a supervisory role. I run a safety conscious shop and handle all aspects of supervision from shop orientations to employee reviews and discipline. I have experience working in a unionized environment.
