About Devin Morales

Lifelong tech enthusiast with three years of IT work experience in schools. Work experience includes troubleshooting operating systems, enterprise software installation, printers, basic networking (switches, network cabling), building PCs, and handling tickets in a helpdesk. Currently acquiring my A+ certification (and any other certification at employer's request). Some notable accomplishments of the past year include: working from start-to-finish on a large project of receiving, inventorying, palleting/enrolling and delivering roughly 4,500 Chromebooks to 20 buildings in the school district. Following a district-wide internet outage, I worked closely under our network and server specialists to install SentinelOne security software on every managed Windows workstation and device in the district. I organized and inventoried all A/V and tech equipment in my school building, arranging truck service pickups to ship E-waste out of the building. and I worked on a weeks-long effort alongside our printer management provider, Aztec, to get printers in a registration building functional.
