About Devin Newman

During my time with Apria Healthcare I worked in various departments, as I continued to gain knowledge and further my career in the healthcare call center atmosphere. I began my journey in Apria as a Suspended Billing Rep but was promoted to Customer Quality specialist prior to my start date. I grew my knowledge and expertise as a Customer Quality Specialist and gained the title of Lead Specialist within a year. After two years with the company I was accepted into an internship within WFM and was hired full time just before the end of my 6-month internship. I worked as a WFM Real time analyst for about two years before I was promoted into the position of intraday analyst over seeing the Real Time queue monitoring aspect of the company. During my yearlong assignment as RTQM Lead, I oversaw the daily tasks of two employees. I was not only responsible for ensure a balance in service levels but also was responsible for creating and maintaining A Standard Operating Procedure for RTQM which was published to company leaders. After 1 year in the position I was once again promoted this time I gained the title of WFM intraday Analyst-Planner. During my time as planner I over seen 5 departments totaling in all to be around 100+ agent who’s schedules I over seen and audited. I worked directly with the supervisors updating agent’s schedules, approving time off and ensure agents were taking lunch/breaks within federal guidelines along with many other miscellaneous tasks. As a result of my hard work and dedication I was able to grow quickly within the company. I have maintained excellent relationships with both my superiors and coworkers throughout my time with Apria.
