I’m a strategic communications professional passionate about connecting teammates and leaders through clear, purposeful messaging that drives alignment, engagement, and impact. In my current role supporting the Truist Care Center, I lead a variety of internal communication efforts—from crafting executive leadership emails tied to strategic objectives, to developing readiness communications that support training, procedural changes, and key initiatives. I also plan bi-monthly "State of the Union"-style leadership calls that keep our teams informed and aligned on what's now, new, and next. I write and publish a monthly newsletter, spotlighting our teammates, community involvement, and cultural moments that bring our shared story and purpose to life. On the digital side, I serve as SharePoint administrator for multiple sites, design user-friendly experiences, and manage forms and content updates. I’m also a pioneering site champion for our enterprise-wide intranet "The Source." At the heart of it all—I'm committed to meaningful storytelling, operational excellence, and building communication strategies that empower teams and foster connection.
