I am currently looking to re-locate and obtain a position within the Oil and Gas industry where my skills of Leadership, Management, Safety, and Compression can be utilized to better the business as a whole in the Fort Worth/Weatherford area. Seeking an opportunity to make a difference and support the future of a company to thrive in a highly competitive industry. I started at a Caterpillar dealership that quickly lead to a position within Compressor Systems. Now CSI Compressco, along with a couple of buy outs, I have spent the better part of 15 years with the company. From cleaning floors and washing equipment, to a technician. Then to leading small projects, leading a team and currently sitting as the shop service manager. I have dedicated myself to this entity demonstrating strong loyalty and commitment. A value I hold close. I pride myself on being able to find the right answer, even if I don’t know it. Building teams up and creating an honest environment to learn and grow is what makes me a key asset to any position in any industry.
