Before WAP, I was an ESG Strategist at Harding Loevner, where I managed cross-department projects and enhanced ESG capabilities and governance. I also served as Director of Sustainable Investment Strategy in Bank of America and Merrill’s Chief Investment Office, driving sustainability in wealth management, advising financial advisors, launching a sustainably labeled multi-asset portfolio, and developing a client reporting framework. I have 17 years of experience in financial services, eight of which I've specialized in sustainable investing, ESG, and product development. I hold the CFA Institute’s Certificate in ESG Investing and the Fundamentals of Sustainability Accounting (FSA) Credential created by the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB). I am passionate about the rapidly evolving application, standards, and practice of integrating sustainability into business strategy. Outside of WAP I'm a marathoner, a First Tee youth golf coach, and a volunteer with Achilles International and Sustainable Jersey City.
